Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
INGREDIENTS:
- Pumpkin seeds
- Olive oil or butter
- Salt or seasoning salt
DIRECTIONS:
Wash the seeds to get fibers off
Get most of excess water off (shake in colander or pat with a paper
towel nothing fancy) and place them in a 9x11 cake pan
Coat them with olive oil (or rub them with a bit of real butter)
Flavor with salt or seasoning salt and bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 stirring
occasionally ... careful not to burn them.
